Prof. Cary L. Cooper is Distinguished Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health. He is the author/editor of over 120 books (on occupational stress, women at work and industrial and organizational psychology), and over 100 chapters in books. He has written over 400 scholarly articles for academic journals, and is a frequent contributor to national newspapers, TV and radio. He is currently Founding Editor of thecary c Journal of Organizational Behavior and Editor-in-Chief of the medical journal Stress & Health. He is a Fellow of the British Psychological Society, The Royal Society of Arts, The Royal Society of Medicine, The Royal Society of Public Health, The British Academy of Management and an Academician of the Academy of Social Sciences. Professor Cooper is past President of the British Academy of Management, is a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute and one of the first UK based Fellows of the (American) Academy of Management (having also won the 1998 Distinguished Service Award for his contribution to management science from the Academy of Management). Professor Cooper is also the President of the Institute of Welfare, President of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, President of RELATE, a national Ambassador of The Samaritans, and a Patron of the Anxiety UK. HR Magazine named him the 4th Most Influential Thinker in HR in 2012


Prof. Richard Harvey has a PhD in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine School of Social Ecology.  His research includes developing stress-reduction interventions which promote psychological courage and hardiness.  Before joining the faculty of SanRichard c Francisco State University he developed and ran the UC Irvine Counseling Center Biofeedback and Stress Management Program, was a research fellow at the UC Irvine Trans disciplinary Tobacco Use Research Center and, worked as a Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health Epidemiologist in Orange County Public Health Agency.  He has or does hold leadership positions (e.g. treasurer, chair or president) in the San Francisco Psychological Association, the American Public Health Association, Integrative, Complementary and Traditional Health Practices Section, the Western Association of Biofeedback and Neuroscience, and is currently president of the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback.  He has published in the areas of biofeedback, stress and computer-related disorders, tobacco cessation, psychological hardiness cultural sensitivity training



Dr. B. Udaya Kumar Reddy had two decades of post-doctoral experience in the areas  Management of stress training, research, consultancy and counseling and is presently strengthening Stress Management Lab Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad, India in the capacity of Director (Training & Consultancy). Dr. Reddy has worked as faculty member in NIRD, GoI, Hyderabad (2004-2012). Earlier, he worked as Professor in Dr. MCR HRD Institute, Govt. of A.P., Hyderabad, India (2001-04). He also worked as Stress Management Consultant, Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit, Mediciti & Care Hospital, Hyderabad, India (1995-2001). Dr. Reddy is the founder of International Stress Management Association (ISMA), India chapter (1999).uday c He was chairperson for International Conferences on Stress Management Professional (SMP 2013, ICSM-2014 & ICSM-2015), Hyderabad, India. Dr. Reddy has Conceptualised and developed Knowledge Based Systems (Software Products) in the areas of Stress Management and Performance Management. Dr. Reddy had his Masters Degrees in philosophy, psychology and management; he took his Ph.D. in stress management from S.V.University, Tirupathi, India (1995). Dr. Reddy conducted customised training programmes and consultancy work for corporate companies like Oracle, Avaya, NTPC, SCCL, NFC and his areas of expertise  are Organisational Stress Management, Stress Audit, Emotional intelligence, Work-life Balance, Executive Healthcare, Creativity, Competency Mapping, Stress Counseling Skills.


Dr. Dominique Steiler is a Senior Professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management, Director of the Endowed Chair in Mindfulness, Well-being at work and Economic peace. His research and consultancy focus is on personal development, stress management and well-being, and their relationship to performance and value creation. Initially educated as a professional of social rehabilitation and later as a fighter jet pilot officer in the French Fleet Air Arm, the operational and relationship-based approach he uses is both pragmatic and humanist. For the last twenty years, he is dedicated to transforminsteiler cg self, management behaviors and business towards a more peaceful economic market place. Dominique has delivered leadership programs and coaching interventions for corporate executives and top athletes and holds a doctorate in Management from Newcastle upon Tyne University. He is currently a research scholar at the Center of Theological Inquiry in Princeton, NJ, for the academic year 2015-2016 and member of the research team for its Inquiry on the Societal Implications of Astrobiology, supported by the NASA Astrobiology Program.


Ana Maria Rossi, PhD, is chair of the International Stress Management Association in Brazil (ISMA-BR) and co-chair of the Section on Occupational Psychiatry of the World Psychiatric Association (ana cWPA). She is the director of the Clinica de Stress & Biofeedback in Porto Alegre, and has worked in the field of stress management for 35 years.She is the pioneer of self-control and biofeedback techniques in Brazil. She has published papers in journals in the USA and is the author of seven books published in Brazil. and is co-organizer of four books published by ISMA-BR in Brazil and the United States.
